Cornerstone content development
Castlight Health provides a leading care navigation app that helps employees take ownership of their healthcare and access all of their benefits in one place. They worked with us to develop a piece of cornerstone content that explained to employers how the app will reduce the complexity of benefit access.
Developing a clear messaging strategy
Employer HR teams feel like they are managing and promoting numerous wellness programs and benefit programs to their employees. This is exhausting. To speak to this we decided to create a piece that focused on reducing fatigue, offering employers the chance to simplify their lives and improve the health of their employees.
Creating compelling content
Once the strategy was designed we needed to simplify the message and create content that could easily be digested by employers. If they are already overwhelmed by managing numerous benefits, we needed to make sure we didn't cause further fatigue when sharing about the Castlight app.

We chose a simple and highly visual ebook format to convey the content in an enjoyable and easy to digest way.
