An Established Institution Facing a Shifting Landscape
Over two decades, RIW had transformed from a small clinic into a regional leader in rehabilitation services, offering programs in neurological, orthopedic, and psychological recovery. However, while its care model evolved, the outward-facing aspects of the organization—its brand, website, and marketing—lagged behind.
The core challenges included:
- A difficult-to-navigate website with limited functionality and minimal engagement tools.
- No formal marketing strategy, with the majority of referrals coming from long-standing physician relationships—an increasingly fragile channel as major hospitals bring rehab services in-house.

THE SOLVE
A Completely New Digital Experience
RIW’s previous website was not only visually outdated, but structurally inflexible. This made content updates difficult and marketing nearly impossible.
We built a completely new site on the HubSpot CMS, providing a powerful backend for digital marketing while delivering an intuitive, accessible experience for users.
Key upgrades included:
- Compelling visuals and patient stories to humanize RIW’s services and impact
- Improved navigation and UX, tailored to RIW’s two primary audiences: patients and referring providers
- SEO-optimized structure to increase visibility in search and drive organic traffic
- More robust forms and CTAs to support lead capture and referral outreach
THE RESULTS
A Fully Redesigned, Marketing-Ready Website
RIW unveiled its new website in summer 2025, marking a pivotal milestone in the organization’s evolution.
It now has a cohesive, modern site that accurately reflects its mission and professionalism, as well as a functionality that supports marketing, referral engagement, and patient acquisition.
